BREMER FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES $3.3 MILLION IN GRANTS

The Otto Bremer Foundation announced grants totaling $3.3 million that will go to community organizations in North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

The grants will include $618,000 that will go to the following area nonprofits:

CCRI, Moorhead, $75,000; Detroit Lakes (Minn.) Area College Foundation, $18,000; Rural Enrichment and Counseling Headquarters, Hawley, Minn., $35,000; West Central Initiative, Fergus Falls, Minn., $30,000; White Earth Land Recovery Project Native Harvest, $70,000.

Catholic Charities of North Dakota, Fargo, $35,000; Hospice of the Red River Valley, Fargo, $75,000; Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota, Fargo, $150,000; North Dakota State University, $80,000; and Village Family Service Center, Fargo, $50,000.
